How do I register?

To register, complete checkout on our registration page. We accept all major credit cards.

If you have any specific questions about your registration or group passes email us at quantum19@brightflag.com.

What is your registration cancellation and substitution policy?

Quantum by Brightflag does not offer refunds for cancellations. If you wish to substitute your registration to another colleague email us quantum19@brightflag.com and we’ll transfer your ticket into their name.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

When you register, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used for registration. If you did not receive this email or cannot locate it, please email us at quantum19@brightflag.com.

Are meals provided?

Breakfast, lunch, and tea and coffee breaks in both the morning and afternoon are included in the price of your ticket.

Is there non-profit pricing?

We’re committed to supporting non-profit organisations. Please email us at quantum19@brightflag.com with your registration query and your registered non-profit number.

How does Quantum accommodate specific needs?

We endeavour to accommodate each individual’s specific needs to the best of our ability. When you register, questions about your needs will be available for you to answer. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are available.

Who attends Quantum?

Quantum attendees include corporate legal team leaders, transformation experts and change agents, in-house lawyers, and senior business leaders. More generally, Quantum attendees include anyone who cares about increasing legal team productivity, controlling costs, resourcing work strategically, and partnering with finance.

Do I need to register for individual sessions?

You don’t need to register for individual sessions. Our programme is made up of plenary sessions to all delegates and smaller break out sessions in the middle of the day. There are two different tracks of break out sessions.

Attendance to these break out sessions will be on a first-come-first-served basis on the day.
